Whats our Story?

It Started, Quite Simply, Like This...

A number of years ago the search began for the crispest, juiciest and tastiest spicy Buffalo style chicken wings across our great and vast land. Our journeys took us through all different breeds of chicken, all varieties of cooking methods and sauces from the Americas to Europe.

So what did we find? With the best quality free range chicken, deep fried in our special blended vegetable oil, coated in our super charged indulgent sauces and dipped in our lovingly made blue cheese or ranch sauces, we have found what we feel is the holy trinity of wings this side of Buffalo.

With our passion and love of wings leading us to where we are today we felt as though we needed to share our wings with everyone, so with our food trailer we are bringing our wings to you. Welcome to our Wing Kindom.
